關於, 對於, and 至於 can all introduce a topic, but they do not do the same job.

Expression Main meaning Use
關於 about; regarding introduces the topic of information or discussion
對於 toward; regarding introduces the target of an opinion, attitude, or evaluation
至於 as for; as to shifts to another topic after something else has been mentioned

1. 關於: the topic of information

Use 關於 when you introduce what a discussion, article, question, or information is about.

Chinese Pinyin English
關於這個計畫,我們還需要更多資料。 Guānyú zhège jìhuà, wǒmen hái xūyào gèng duō zīliào. Regarding this plan, we still need more information.

2. 對於: the target of an opinion or attitude

Use 對於 when you express an opinion, feeling, attitude, or judgment toward something.

Chinese Pinyin English
對於這個決定,大家的看法不太一樣。 Duìyú zhège juédìng, dàjiā de kànfǎ bú tài yíyàng. People have different opinions about this decision.

3. 至於: shifting to another topic

Use 至於 when one topic has already been mentioned, and you now want to move to another related topic.

時間已經確定了,至於地點,我們明天再討論。 Shíjiān yǐjīng quèdìng le, zhìyú dìdiǎn, wǒmen míngtiān zài tǎolùn. The time has already been decided. As for the location, we will discuss it tomorrow.

A simple way to remember the difference: 關於 introduces what something is about, 對於 introduces what an opinion is directed at, and 至於 changes the focus to another topic.
