There are some small difference between usage of Taiwan and mainland China.
It doesn't influence much, so I don't list out the difference here.

It includes people's names, country names, songs, movies, and books.
Chinese users know the name of the famous persons, songs, books,and movie in Chinese, but they don't know the name in original language.
It causes that Chinese users are hard to chat with another language users with these topics.
* People choose the similar pronunciation in Chinese to translate foreign names.
* Taiwan and mainland China use the different rule to translate names.

In Chinese, the dash occupies the space of two characters in the center of the line. There should be no breaking in the line.
