Some memo
There are some small difference between usage of Taiwan and mainland China.
It doesn't influence much, so I don't list out the difference here.

There are no different usage between Chinese and English below:
「,」 Comma逗號dòu hào

「?」 Question Mark問[]號wèn hào 

「!」 Exclamation Mark感嘆[]號gǎn tàn hào

「;」Semicolon分號fēn hào 

「:」 Colon冒號mào hào  

「()」Parentheses括號kuò hào

There are some different usages between Chinese and English below:
「。」Full stop句點[]jù diǎn
The shape is different with English " . ".

「」Quotation marks引號yǐn hào
The shape is different with English " ".


「、」Enumeration comma頓[]號dùn hào
To separate the options, there is no mark in the final option.
e.g. A, B, and C
       AB 和 C
       Ahàn C

「 ‧ 」 Middle dot音界號yīn jiè hào
To separate characters in non-Chinese personal names.
e.g. Donald John Trump
      唐納·約翰·川普
          纳,约
      táng nà·yuē hàn·chuān pǔ

Taiwan and mainland China translate foreign names to Chinese instead of keeping the original name.
     It includes people's names, country names, songs, movies, and books.
     Chinese users know the name of the famous persons, songs, books,and movie in Chinese, but they don't know the name in original language. 
     It causes that Chinese users are hard to chat with another language users with these topics.
* People choose the similar pronunciation in Chinese to translate foreign names.
* Taiwan and mainland China use the different rule to translate names.


「 --」Dash破折號pò zhé hào
In Chinese, the dash occupies the space of two characters in the center of the line. There should be no breaking in the line.

「 ……Ellipsis 刪節[删节]號shān jié hào
In Chinese, the ellipsis is written with six dots (not three) occupying the same space as two characters in the center of a line.

「___」Proper name mark書[书]名號shū míng hào

In Chinese, the proper name mark is written under name of people, books, magazines, movies.

e.g. Time is name of the magazine
       時代雜誌的名字
       时       ,杂志
       shí dài shì zá zhì de míng zì
