You (plural) (by honorific)nín men

「您 nín」is for conveying esteem, courtesy, or respect.
People use it when talking to the elders, supervisors, teachers, or customers.

Third person
He, she, him, her
They, themtā men

In Mandarin, we do not distinguish "Third person" by gender. It's different with English.
In modern Mandarin, some people would write the Chinese character他」as」to indicates "females".
It changes the radicals(部首 bù shǒu) from "human"(亻 rén) to "female"(女 nǚ)
But we should not write this way in formal documents.
